Eligibility for Refund

  • A refund is eligible only if a technician was not assigned or did not visit your location as scheduled.
  • If the customer cancels the booking before a technician is dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
  • If the technician arrives but the customer chooses not to proceed with the service, the service visiting charge is non-refundable.
  • Once the repair service has been completed and parts installed, no refund will be issued.

Spare Parts and Repair Charges

Charges for spare parts and repair work are discussed with the customer before the work begins. Once approved and installed, no refunds will be processed for parts.
